OBJECTIVES
To promote services such as medical, vocational and social rehabilitation as well as the educational and vocational training of adults and children and the placement of persons with disabilities to promote social integration and foster independence.

To advocate for the rights of people with disabilities by promoting an environment that is free from all barriers that prevent full participation of people with disabilities in society.

To avail adequate qualified personnel, assistive devices and such other resources as are needed by people with disabilities.

To promote effective measures for the prevention of primary impairment and for the early detection, prompt and efficient treatment of persons who are, or might become physically disabled.

To raise awareness of disability issues.
MISSION
We serve as a pro-active forum for the advancement of persons with physical disabilities so as to enable them to attain their maximum level of independence and integration into the community, and to prevent the occurrence of physical disablement.
VISION.
Our vision is a society for all where persons with disabilities have equal opportunities to achieve their fullest potential and enjoy active participation and involvement.
